SPBFitness Method Body Transformation Program

A full 12 week program incorporating up to 4 periodised diet and exercise planners plus Coaching support weekly via SKYPE.

Sara Picken-Brown has been training people for over 20 years, is a former Australian Figure Champion and international athlete placing Top 5 in the world. SPB has completed the 50hr endurance event with the Navy Seals team at SEALfit in USA and is their Australian Ambassador.

Personal Training with Coach Sara Picken-Brown

Learn how to best master your exercise and nutrition for your lifestyle, goals and manage around injuries. F2F Coaching is available with appointments done in Gym/Studio or Outdoor locations. Sessions run for 30min, 60min or 90min depending on session outcomes or requirements for the athlete.

Confidence Coaching Sessions with Sara Picken-Brown

Sara has worked with men and women over the past 20 years overcome self limiting beliefs, negative self talk and ineffective life management habits. If you are seeking improvements in specific areas of your life:

Engaging a Coach will see you make exciting shifts in your results in a very short space of time. These sessions differ from Personal Training sessions in the way they are structured and managed by your Coach. You will develop a more mindful approach to problem solving and a far deeper understanding of the triggers and behaviours that have held you back from achieving in life.
